Fold project at Dutch Design Week 2023

This October Fold project had an opportunity to participate Dutch Design Week, the largest design event in Northern Europe, gathering designers both form the Netherlands and world wide to show their work in over a 100 locations around Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Dutch Design Week presents a strong focus on research based design. Fold project showcased an exhibition at Klokgebouw’s Design Tech Hall presenting folded material and pattern experiments, folded packaging and interior design concepts as well as newly developed samples of the pilot material all gathered inside folded walls.

The exhibition raised a lot of interest among visitors, and we were able to collect valuable feedback of our project from both designers and professionals from multiple fields. Fold project was also proud to be chosen as one of the locations visited by Queen Máxima. Queen Máxima inspired by designers at Dutch Design Week 2023 – Dutch Design Foundation
